the hotel was very clean. the staff was very helpful. the pool was fantastic. yoga classes are available too.
the room had a musty smell. the bed was damp a little bit. i told the manager, but he wasn't really surprised. i guess all the ground floor rooms have the same problem.

The hotel boasted fine grounds, along with friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed the complimentary yoga session offered on Saturday morning. The breakfast and lunch that were included were also quite tasty. The pool was a welcome treat after a long day of excursions.

The staff members are always happy and ready to help. The hospitality is really good and all requests are handled with efficiency. The team were pretty good too ensure a nice and pleasant stay for every guest.

The pool was an acceptable temperature and included a swim-up bar.
I had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Service was inattentive and chaotic. People waited a long time to have their orders taken and even longer to get their meals. The food quality was disappointing, unfortunately.

i felt welcomed . the staff arranged a birthday surprise for my partner and decorated our room. breakfast was delicious and the pool provided a relaxing experience. i will consider this place again.
there was a noticeable musty odor in the room. it made it hard to sleep well because of this smell. i told the manager and he didn't seem surprised.
